Main Machine Body (Core Advantages of All-Steel Construction)
1. The whole frame is cut and welded with thick manganese steel plates without thin splicing materials, featuring strong extrusion and impact resistance, free of deformation and cracking under long-term heavy-load operation.
2. The inner chamber is lined with thickened wear-resistant plates, effectively resisting abrasion when baling plastic film and iron sheets to extend machine service life.
3. Yellow-black warning anti-collision strips are installed on all machine edges for high safety visibility in workshop operations.
4. The extended and widened feeding bin supports automatic feeding matched with conveyors and material grabbers, eliminating manual feeding and greatly improving feeding efficiency.
2.2 Hydraulic Power System
1. Main Compression Cylinders: Two thickened solid chrome-plated hydraulic cylinders with a rated output pressure of 200 tons, delivering powerful compression to form compact bales.
2. Power Unit: Dual-motor double oil pump assembly with automatic high-low pressure switching. It moves fast under no-load condition and boosts high pressure during compression, saving power and speeding up operation.
3. Hydraulic Fittings: Standard air cooling device stabilizes oil temperature during 24-hour continuous operation to prevent oil leakage and pipe burst. Imported sealing parts reduce the risk of oil leakage failures.
2.3 Intelligent Electric Control System
1. Independent vertical PLC control cabinet integrated with display screen, operation buttons and red emergency stop warning light.
2. Dual-mode switching between fully automatic and manual operation; one-key operation completes the whole workflow including feeding, compression, pressure holding, return stroke and bale ejection.
3. Automatic fault alarm function with light reminder for oil circuit overload and motor abnormalities to facilitate maintenance.
4. Easy operation for new operators to master in a short time, lowering labor intensity.
2.4 Discharging & Baling Structure
Adopts horizontal side bale ejection design; finished bales are automatically pushed out after compression. Pre-wiring grooves are reserved for binding bales with iron wire or packing rope. Neatly shaped bales are convenient for forklift transfer and long-distance transportation.
