Small central drive thickener is used for tailings dewatering, slurry concentration and sewage clarification in mineral processing plant. The rake frame rotates slowly to push settled sediment to central discharge port, clear water overflows from the top weir, small footprint and simple structure.

This high-efficiency mining thickener adopts circular concrete or steel tank structure, equipped with central driving device, sludge rake frame, lifting mechanism and overflow clear water tank:
1. Gravity Sedimentation Concentration: Ore pulp slowly precipitates solid particles under gravity in tank, clear water overflows from top for factory recycling, greatly save water consumption.
2. Automatic Rake Lifting Protection: Equipped hydraulic lifting device, automatically lift rake frame when sediment mud layer is too thick to avoid overload damage of driving motor.
3. Anti-corrosion Tank Body Design: Inner wall coated with thick epoxy anti-corrosion layer, resist acid and alkali mine pulp erosion, long service life.
4. Stable Central Drive System: Low speed high torque driving mechanism, stable operation under heavy mud load, low power consumption and energy saving.
5. Continuous Automatic Operation: Can work 24 hours uninterrupted, match filter press to realize full tailings dry stacking production line.
6. Environmental Protection Application: Mainly applied in gold, iron, copper mine tailings wastewater clarification, also suitable for chemical plant and sewage treatment plant solid-liquid separation.
