This full hydraulic core drilling rig is innovatively upgraded based on absorbing advanced technologies of similar models at home and abroad, with advanced structure and stable performance. The whole machine adopts full hydraulic drive, and the rotation of power head is powered by axial piston pump and inclined axis piston motor, with mechanical two-speed + stepless speed regulation, which can flexibly match speed and torque according to formation.

The power head adopts oil cylinder chain double-speed feeding mechanism with smooth feeding and uniform force, equipped with lateral translation mechanism; the mast is driven by oil cylinder, can slide as a whole, supporting multi-angle drilling from 45° to 90°. The hydraulic system adopts load-sensitive control with low energy consumption, fast response and high efficiency.

The rig is equipped with hydraulic clamp, hydraulic leveling outriggers and telescopic mast for fast and accurate positioning; equipped with wireless remote control crawler traveling system, it can control the rig movement outside the safe distance, adapting to complex terrain and improving operation safety. It is widely used in solid mineral drilling, engineering investigation, shallow oil and gas, groundwater, grouting holes, ventilation and drainage holes and other drilling projects.
