Heavy-duty 1.8m articulated top beam, ultra-thick steel plate welding forming, strong load-bearing performance. Suitable for large section fully mechanized mining roadway temporary support, easy to transport underground and reusable many times.

This mining articulated roof beam is manufactured by one-piece thick steel plate welding, consisting of beam body, hinge joint, connecting pin and top anti-slip structure:
  1. High Bearing Structure: Integral reinforced steel beam body, uniform force dispersion, rated bearing capacity up to 300kN, effectively share roof rock pressure and prevent local collapse.
  2. Quick Hinged Connection: Standard hinge socket + matching connecting pin design, multiple beams can be connected end to end to form continuous supporting row, flexible layout according to roadway width.
  3. Perfect Matching Performance: Special reserved contact surface, stable fit with DW series single hydraulic props, avoid sliding between prop top cap and beam.
  4. Underground Anti-corrosion Design: Whole beam surface with thick anti-rust paint spraying, resist humid, dusty underground mine environment, extend service life.
  5. Portable Assembly & Disassembly: Moderate single weight, easy manual carrying underground; quick pin disassembly without auxiliary tools, greatly improve supporting operation efficiency.
