KMER eccentric shaft high-pressure orbital hydraulic motor with 4-hole square flange and dustproof eccentric output shaft, displacement 125–750ml/r. Model 125–375 supports continuous pressure 20.5MPa and intermittent peak pressure 24MPa. It features large startup torque at low speed and bidirectional rotation, suitable for rotation & travel drive of loaders, sweepers, harvesters and mini drill rigs.

1. Structural & Craft Advantages

Integrated thick cast steel housing with standard 4-hole square mounting flange for wide compatibility. Special eccentric stepped output shaft equipped with external dust lock nut to prevent sediment intrusion in dusty outdoor environment. Symmetric dual side oil ports simplify pipeline layout, forward/reverse rotation realized by swapping pipelines. High-precision cycloid flow distribution pair ensures high volumetric efficiency and low internal leakage. Multi-layer high-pressure oil-resistant seals eliminate leakage under long-term high-pressure operation.

2. High Pressure Performance Highlights

Displacement 125–375 supports continuous working pressure 20.5MPa and intermittent peak pressure 24MPa with outstanding high-pressure stability. Continuous flow range 45–80LPM, intermittent peak flow 60–95LPM, perfectly matched with medium & small high-pressure hydraulic pump stations. Smooth low-speed startup without impact; model 375 reaches intermittent torque 1140N·m with sufficient power for travel and rotation work. Compact & lightweight design, easier for lightweight refit of machinery under same torque output.
