KOMATSU PC200 Remanufactured Crawler Excavator

The remanufactured KOMATSU PC200 crawler excavator covers various medium-light construction scenarios including urban earthmoving, road breaking, river dredging and landscaping. Its overall dimension can be fine-tuned according to client’s site demands to fit narrow or compact working yards.
Powered by original Komatsu 143HP diesel engine, it balances stable power output and low fuel consumption, perfectly matching daily light & medium load operations. The widened standard steel track chassis adopts reinforced four-wheel-one-belt structure, which evenly distributes ground pressure to avoid slipping and sinking on muddy, gravel and rough construction grounds.
Multiple emission standards (Euro II, Euro III, Euro IV, Euro V) are available to satisfy registration and exhaust inspection requirements of Africa, Southeast Asia, Central Asia and other overseas regions. The standard enclosed left-hand drive cabin owns wide panoramic vision for safe operation; right-hand drive modification is supported for countries with opposite traffic rules.
Every machine follows strict remanufacturing procedures: all seals, hydraulic tubes, filters and bearings are replaced with brand-new spare parts. Core components including engine, main hydraulic pump, distribution valve, travel and swing motors are fully disassembled, inspected and maintained, with all worn-out fittings replaced by high-quality matching accessories. The main frame is calibrated and reinforced, then processed with sandblasting rust removal and full original paint repainting. Compared with ordinary second-hand excavators, this remanufactured unit delivers smoother hydraulic response, longer service life and far lower failure rate. Custom body painting colors such as red, orange and gray are acceptable besides standard Komatsu yellow.
