The ball mill is core grinding equipment for mineral processing plant. It uses steel balls inside cylinder to impact and grind ore materials, realize fine crushing of raw ore. With stable transmission and large processing capacity, it is widely applied in gold, iron, copper ore dressing, cement and chemical raw material grinding industry.

This mineral processing ball mill adopts horizontal rotary cylinder structure, composed of feeding end, rotary cylinder, discharging end, transmission gear system and driving motor:
  1. Efficient Ore Grinding Principle: Steel balls and ore inside cylinder produce impact, extrusion and friction force with cylinder rotation, grind coarse ore into fine powder for separation operation.
  2. Wear Resistant Protection: Whole cylinder lined with high manganese steel liner plate, strong anti-impact performance, extend service life under long-term ore grinding.
  3. Stable Heavy Load Drive: Large module driving gear with lubrication system, low failure rate under continuous 24-hour full load operation.
