Container twist lock is a core fixing fitting specially used for semi-trailers, container chassis and flatbed trucks. This slotted nut mushroom twist lock adopts cast steel main body and high-strength machined locking core. It can firmly lock 20ft/40ft shipping containers on vehicle frames by rotating the adjusting nut to lift the cone locking head. Equipped with cotter pin anti-loosening structure, it effectively prevents the container from shifting, shaking or slipping during long-distance transportation, greatly improving driving safety. All products undergo rust-proof electroplating and red paint treatment, featuring strong load capacity, wear resistance and long service life, widely applied in logistics, port and container transportation industries.

Container twist lock, also known as mushroom twist lock or bottom cone lock, is an indispensable heavy-duty fastener for container transport vehicles.
This model features a split slotted adjusting nut for easy height adjustment of the cone lock head to match standard container corner castings. The main frame is made of thick cast iron with red anti-corrosion paint, while the locking screw and nut are forged carbon steel with galvanized anti-rust coating. A safety cotter pin is designed at the top of the threaded rod to lock the nut position and avoid accidental loosening caused by road vibration.
When operating, rotate the slotted nut to raise the conical lock head into the container corner hole, then tighten to achieve rigid fixation. It bears the horizontal and vertical impact load of containers during highway transportation, stopping lateral sliding, tilting and falling of cargo boxes. Compatible with all standard ISO shipping containers, it fits most semi-trailer, skeleton truck and flatbed chassis.
Strict raw material inspection and load pressure tests are carried out before delivery to guarantee stable mechanical performance under heavy load.
