The roller surface is highly polished to minimize friction against the belt. Additionally, we offer comb-type or spiral return idlers that automatically clean residual materials sticky to the belt, fundamentally eliminating belt mistracking.

This return idler (lower roller) is installed on the return side of the conveyor to support the empty returning belt, preventing sagging and shaking.
