Basic Vehicle Overview

This is HOWO TX series 6×4 3-axle construction dump tipper truck, professionally remanufactured from used vehicle, powered by Weichai 430HP WP13 engine. The whole truck is fully disassembled, inspected and renewed with all aging wearing parts replaced, covered by 8-month warranty after delivery. It combines the low cost of second-hand trucks and reliable performance of brand-new vehicles. Neat exterior and complete cab interior, hydraulic lifting, brake and transmission systems are fully calibrated, perfectly suitable for earthwork, mine and heavy construction transport.

Core Power & Chassis Configuration

  1. Power Assembly: Weichai 430HP Euro 5 diesel engine with large torque, strong climbing capacity for mine steep slopes and heavy loads, good fuel efficiency;
  2. Transmission: Matched FAST construction gearbox with multiple gears, high load resistance and long service life;
  3. Drive Mode: 6×4 twin rear drive chassis with thickened leaf springs, excellent shock absorption under full load;
  4. Cargo Box: High-strength wear-resistant engineering tipper box, stable hydraulic lifting system for fast unloading;
  5. Brake System: Air brake system, all brake pads, pipelines and bearings replaced new for safe driving.

Standard Remanufacturing Process

  1. Power System: Full engine disassembly & cleaning, renew piston, cylinder liner, oil seals, bearings and vulnerable parts to eliminate oil leakage and power loss;
  2. Chassis Transmission: Overhaul gearbox, drive shaft and axles, replace all worn bearings, gears and seals with OEM-quality spare parts;
  3. Hydraulic Lifting: Test and renew hydraulic pump, cylinder and aging pipelines for smooth lifting without jamming;
  4. Cab & Exterior: Sheet metal repair and full paint refinish, restore seats, air conditioner, dashboard and all electrical functions;
  5. Pipeline & Wiring: Uniformly replace aging fuel pipes, air pipes and wiring harness to avoid leakage and short circuit.
