Informacion comercial
This vehicle adopts SINOTRUK’s proven 8×4 four-axle heavy-load chassis layout: two front steer axles paired with two heavy-duty rear drive axles, equipped with a total of 12 heavy-duty 12.00R20 steel radial tires. Compared with mainstream 6×4 three-axle crane trucks, its four-axle design realizes more uniform force dispersion across the whole frame, lifting overall load-bearing capacity by over 40% and effectively preventing frame bending, axle overload cracking and tire overload wear during full-load transportation and heavy lifting operations.
The main longitudinal frame girder is stamped as a single piece with extra-thick high-tensile steel plate, with multi-layer built-in reinforcing lining plates inside both left and right girders. Every joint between longitudinal girders and cross support beams adopts full penetration deep welding technology, greatly boosting the frame’s torsion resistance, impact resistance and anti-fatigue performance. The full suspension system is fitted with thickened progressive multi-leaf springs and heavy-duty hydraulic shock absorbers on each axle. When traveling fully loaded over bumpy mine dirt roads, potholed construction yards and rugged mountain slopes, the body vibration amplitude is greatly suppressed, protecting delicate chassis and crane components while laying a solid stable foundation for high-precision lifting work.
For axle configuration, each front steering axle bears a rated load of 7 tons, while the rear twin drive axles are 16-ton cast double-reduction heavy axles with a standard final drive ratio of 5.73. This low-speed high-torque axle design delivers strong traction on steep gradients and slippery muddy ground without wheel slipping or power attenuation. All wheel hubs are reinforced thick steel cast hubs, matched with deep-tread mine-spec tires that offer superior puncture resistance, abrasion resistance and cross-country passability on ungraded construction terrain. The total gross vehicle weight of the complete vehicle reaches 40 tons, with a legal rated cargo carrying capacity ranging from 22 to 28 tons to satisfy diverse bulk cargo hauling demands.
