Powerful & Low-Cost Power Assembly The HOWO NX 8×4 dump truck is equipped with 400–460HP large-displacement diesel engines. Mechanical pump Euro 2/Euro 3 versions have low fuel quality requirement, which can adapt to low-grade diesel oil in African and Central Asian mining areas. The engine delivers strong low-speed torque, outstanding climbing performance on mountain mine roads. Matched with 12-speed heavy-duty manual transmission, the gear structure is solid and durable, spare parts are cheap and easy to purchase overseas, greatly reducing daily maintenance cost for mining fleets. Euro 5 electronic injection version meets strict emission standards for countries with high environmental requirements.
8×4 Four-Axle Super Loading Chassis Adopt 8×4 four-axle layout with dual front steering axles and twin rear drive axles, the total load capacity is much higher than traditional 6×4 dump trucks. The frame is made of thickened high-strength alloy steel, anti-torsion and anti-deformation under long-term heavy load. Multi-layer reinforced leaf spring suspension is equipped on all axles, with excellent shock absorption for bumpy mine roads. Full drum brake system with large braking area, optional ABS anti-lock braking system to guarantee safe braking under full load. Every axle and suspension component is thickened and upgraded for heavy mining operation.
Wear-Resistant Reinforced Cargo Box & Stable Hydraulic Lifting System The cargo box is welded with high-strength wear-resistant manganese steel, the bottom and side plates are thicker than ordinary dump trucks, effectively resisting impact and abrasion when transporting hard stone and ore.
