The SJA series belongs to the square housing screw jack category, differing from traditional SWL circular box-type models. It possesses unique design advantages in adapting to industrial intermittent lifting conditions, which also serves as the fundamental basis for its stable operation.
The entire machine features a one-piece ductile iron square groove housing, providing greater heat dissipation area. This design ensures lower temperature rise in the equipment during prolonged intermittent operation, slows the oxidation rate of internal lubricating grease, and effectively reduces high-temperature wear on the worm gear and worm. It is equipped with a square anti-rotation tail cover to prevent the screw from spinning, ensuring no offset or shake during lifting and lowering, making it suitable for multi-platform synchronous systems requiring high horizontal precision.
The load capacity ranges from 0.5 tons to 30 tons for standard models, with screw diameters of 18mm to 100mm supporting non-standard customization. It features two structural types: self-locking trapezoidal screws and high-efficiency ball screws. The drive options are flexible, compatible with servo motors, geared motors, or manual hand cranking. Single-unit independent lifting and multi-unit mechanical synchronization via steering boxes + drive shafts are both achievable. The lifting stroke is fully customizable based on equipment requirements, suitable for the vast majority of small to medium-tonnage lifting and adjustment scenarios.
The overall machine body is compact and lightweight, eliminating the need for a hydraulic station and avoiding oil leakage that could contaminate materials or the workspace. Its low-noise operation makes it suitable for food, pharmaceutical, and precision automation cleanrooms. The trapezoidal lead screw features a built-in mechanical self-locking function, preventing automatic descent after shutdown, thus eliminating the need for additional braking devices and offering higher safety redundancy.
