Technical Principles and Classification
The technical principle of the spiral lifting platform is based on the spiral pair transmission, that is, the meshing motion of the screw and nut. According to different types of screws, they can be divided into trapezoidal screw lifting platforms and ball screw lifting platforms:
Trapezoidal screw lifting platform: using trapezoidal threaded screws with strong self-locking properties, suitable for scenarios that require frequent start stop or heavy loads, but with low transmission efficiency (about 30% -40%) and slow speed.
Ball screw lifting platform: By rolling the ball between the screw and nut, friction is reduced, and the transmission efficiency is over 90%. It runs smoothly and quickly, but the cost is high and does not have self-locking function (additional braking device is required).
