After heat treatment, the spline surface hardness reaches HRC 55-60, while the shaft body maintains good toughness to avoid spline wear, tooth sliding and shaft fracture under continuous heavy-load torsion during earthmoving and mining operations.

Dual-section spline structure realizes stable power transmission between gearbox and walking wheel reducer. Precision machined splines ensure tight matching clearance, effectively reducing power loss, transmission vibration and abnormal running noise.
