This jacketed constant temperature fermentation tank is made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, equipped with double-layer water cooling jacket for precise temperature control, ideal for grape wine and fruit wine fermentation & aging. Mirror polished inner wall without sanitary dead corners, sealed structure to avoid liquid oxidation. Matched with manhole, liquid level gauge, ladder and drain outlet. Custom volume from 500L to 100 tons, fully compliant with winery GMP sanitary standards.

Jacketed constant temperature stainless steel fermentation tank is integrated special equipment for wineries and fruit wine factories. Double-layer tank structure with outer polyurethane insulation and inner water circulation jacket, which can feed cold/hot water to realize precise temperature control within 0-30℃. Conical bottom design facilitates wine residue discharge, quick-open top manhole for feeding and cleaning.
