XCMG D170 Medium Crawler Bulldozer

The XCMG D170 is a 170-horsepower medium-duty crawler bulldozer independently developed by XCMG. Equipped with energy-saving electronically controlled engine and fully hydraulic transmission system, it delivers strong traction, low fuel consumption and stable performance. The long contact track undercarriage reduces ground pressure for excellent soft-ground passability. It is widely used in earthmoving, land leveling, road construction, mine reclamation and farmland consolidation, with mature manufacturing, easy maintenance and high cost performance.

Informacion comercial
The XCMG D170 bulldozer is equipped with a mature electronically controlled diesel engine that meets Tier 3 and China National Stage III non-road emission standards, perfectly calibrated to match the full-hydraulic drive system of the whole machine. The engine adopts high-precision electronic common rail fuel injection technology, which can intelligently adjust fuel injection volume and timing according to load changes during earthmoving work. When the machine idles without pushing soil for more than 3 seconds, the automatic idle reduction program will lower the engine speed to reduce unnecessary fuel waste. Compared with traditional mechanical injection bulldozers of the same horsepower, its comprehensive fuel consumption can be reduced by 12%–18% under continuous construction conditions, greatly cutting daily fuel operating costs for construction teams and mining enterprises.
A large-area integrated composite radiator is matched for the power system, integrating independent heat dissipation channels for engine cooling water, transmission oil and hydraulic oil. Even under long-hour full-load soil pushing in high-temperature summer weather, closed mines or sun-exposed open-air yards, the radiator can maintain stable operating temperature for all oil circuits, completely avoiding power attenuation, cylinder scuffing and component aging caused by engine overheating. The air intake system is equipped with a two-stage heavy-duty dry air filter with an automatic dust exhaust valve. It can intercept fine dust, gravel powder and silt floating on construction sites, effectively preventing abrasive wear on engine cylinders, pistons and fuel injectors. This design significantly extends the engine’s major overhaul cycle and reduces frequent maintenance caused by dust intake.
This power unit has strong adaptability to fuel quality and can stably burn medium and low-purity diesel commonly used in remote mountainous areas, rural land consolidation projects and overseas mining sites without frequent filter clogging or power drop. It does not require complicated exhaust after-treatment devices to meet emission standards, so users do not need to add urea regularly, lowering the threshold and overall cost of post-operation maintenance. All core moving parts inside the engine are forged from high-strength alloy materials, passing thousands of hours of full-load durability testing at the factory to guarantee stable long-term output power.
